The agreement covering the Matrix cup design and ordering service.

Using Matrix means agreeing to these terms. The final wording will be completed with legal counsel before launch.
2. The service
Matrix lets you design paper cups, preview them, and order printed runs fulfilled by our printing partners in Saudi Arabia.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Saudi riyal with VAT as a separate line. An order becomes binding when it is confirmed after artwork review; quantities follow each product's stated minimums.
4. Your artwork
You are responsible for having the rights to any artwork you upload, and for reviewing spelling and layout before ordering. Printed output follows the approved artwork.
5. Cancellations and changes (placeholder)
The cancellation and refund policy is being finalised and will be published here before launch.
6. Liability and governing law (placeholder)
Liability limits and the governing-law clause are pending legal review and will be completed before launch.
