How does ordering work?
Pick a cup, design it live on the 3D preview, review the artwork, and place the order online. Our team checks every file before it goes to the printer.
What is the minimum order?
Each cup lists its own minimum and quantity steps on the order screen, typically a few hundred cups in steps of one hundred.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF, up to 20 MB. High-resolution artwork prints best; we recommend around 300 DPI at the printed size.
Will the printed colours match my screen?
Closely, but not exactly: screens show colour in RGB light while cups are printed with ink. Treat the preview as a faithful guide rather than a colour proof.
How long does delivery take?
Your estimated delivery date is shown on the order as soon as it is placed, and shipping follows once the run is ready. You can track every step from your orders page.
How is the price calculated?
Per cup, based on size, quantity tier, colour and lid. VAT (15%) is always shown as its own line before you pay.
Can I change a design after ordering?
Once an order enters production its artwork is locked. Duplicate the design to keep editing a copy for your next order.
How do I sign in?
With your Saudi mobile number. We send a 6-digit code, no passwords. Your designs and orders follow your number.
